Hi all, just thought I would get some dialog started. I just moved back to the states this may so don't get too excited, i have no herp's yet... but as a kid...on into adulthood I have had a good MANY reptiles and some for many many years. I miss them and mostly - lately, I miss talking to people who love reptiles about reptiles.

My first was a Retic and a Ball Python. from there, over the years my dad and I had become a kindof local rehab clinic for stupid parental mistakes- aka- we got a lot of sick snakes from kids who didn't know what they were in for. So i learned an aweful lot. and I've learned since then a lot that i wish i would have known then... So i'm sure there is now even more to learn. thats why i'm here.

I really miss having snakes but right now i travel too darn much to have them. Forgot that here on tribe... there could be a tribe for those of us who want to just jabber on about these things. who knows, maybe if i talk enough about them here, i will break down and get one again!

Thanx,
t.

Hi I am new too..nice to meet you all. I have a female green iguana, Cali(Excalibur). She will be 12 next week. Just moved her from my mom's house to my tiny apartment. I missed her after not seeing her for a year. She seems a bit freaked out but is enjoying the human interaction again.

    Nice to be here!!

mmmmmm...snakes. I have had a couple of herps over the years but none currently. I am doing as much research and money saving as I can. I want a Jungle Carpet Python. Soooo shiny. But right now life isn't stable enough to worry about it. Just wishing.... =)
